All certified and non-certified employees hired who have not had a background/fingerprint check in the past one year will be required to complete this process for employment in the District. The electronic fingerprint check costs $44.80. As a non-certified employee, you will be reimbursed for the cost with proof of payment. As a substitute teacher, once you have substituted at least ten times during the year, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the background check with proof of payment.
The district will reimburse the expense for volunteer background check after 30 hours of volunteer work has been completed. Please turn in original receipt along with verification of hours to the building principal for reimbursement.
